im changing tampons every 8 hours in my period and wear tampons at night as well.but in other days in the month is it ok to wear tampons all the time day and night (for safety).
now im wearing a single super absorbent tampon for 24 hours not in my period
and wearing super absorbent tampons for 8 hours at my period
(day and night)
