Why do my life goals change on a consistent basis (every day)?

Some days I want to go to college and become an engineer. Other days I want to run my own business and start from scratch. And yet, other days I don't want to do any of this and just enjoy life and get a menial job so I have a lot of free time.

This sucks because my mood changes every day. Some days I want to be on top of the world and make a lot of money, while others I feel like **** and don't feel like doing anything. How can I succeed if I can't stay focused on one goal? Why do my life goals change on a consistent basis (every day)?to tell you the truth, you don't need to be focused on one goal, just do thin things you like best to do, and go on from there.

I've got the same prob, I just keep changing my mind, so I just do things I really like doing (biology, art, music) and I look at the jobs in those categories.

Remember, you don't have to have a goal, goals are for people who don't know what they like, and decide they need to do something, it's best just following your heart (I know, cheesy) and just let the flow of life (I know, cheesy again) bring you where you need to be.Why do my life goals change on a consistent basis (every day)? You might find that the things you feel you want to do have a common aspect (for example, they're all connected to math or science/engineering, or to being your own boss).

You probably haven't found %26quot;the thing%26quot; that you want to do yet. And unless you're 60+, that probably doesn't matter. Keep thinking about it!

Try to identify what makes you tick - what do you like doing? Honestly, what are you good at? Team player? Self-starter? Once you start to identify the TYPE of career you might be interested in, it'll be easier to identify the steps you need to take to get there.

When you do set goals, make them S-M-A-R-T - Specific (ie not %26quot;I want to be rich%26quot; but %26quot;I want to make a good living doing a job in engineering%26quot;). Measurable (ie can you tell when you've achieved it!?). Achievable (can you actually do it - being the first man on the moon isn't possible!). Resourced (do you have the wherewithal to do it? You're probably not going to be able to become a Nascar driver unless you've got the money, for example). Timely (how long are you giving yourself to achieve the goal?). Breaking down a task into steps makes it much easier to succeed - a huge task feels overwhelming!

Good luck! Why do my life goals change on a consistent basis (every day)?goal is a great thing in life

it can be achieved in stages or one time by

planning for it, working for it, getting result and achieving your goal by hard work, money, people and time.

changing mood is not a goal.

choices also not goal

goal is destination in the life or career or business or any other interested line of activity

money may come and go any time

if you choose money alone you should be prepared to lose it any time

character, respect, wealth by savings and hard work and success out of hard work and wise ideas.

according to your age, interest and status or family condition you have to chose education, business, career or any thing you like.

all will succeed if life. success is a state of mind. if you satisfy what you have or achieved then you have to start helping some one or society. if you are not satisfied, your mind will start doing some thing for money or any thing for money.

wish you all the best.
