What are better valo or remz for a size 10 foot who skates every day?
ok so i skate every day on a mini ramp and just some boxes set up in my Buddy's yard and i was riding usd's and they broke so iam changing skates so valo or remz they both look sick.. i was looking at remz more cause they look loosers then valos and i would rather have a loose skate then a tight one please help...What are better valo or remz for a size 10 foot who skates every day?definitely remz. it will last longer and i prefer it

Certain medications really need to be taken at a certain time because of their short duration of action, side effects (sedation, etc), or interaction with other medications. Celexa is not one of these medications per se. The half life is long enough that as long as you take it about the same time everyday, the vast majority of people will not notice any difference whatsoever and as long as you take it everyday, it will not effect the efficacy of the medication at all.

Do you eat the same foods every day?
Recovering from Anorexia, I can't get out of eating the same exact foods every day around the same exact times. For example, I have balanced meals but they're the same meals. For breakfast, lunch, and a snack, I'll have the same food every day. For dinner, I'll switch it up. Is this really unhealthy and if so, what are the dangers of doing this? I know you need a varied diet, but I eat all healthy foods and I do change my dinner. I almost doubled my calorie in-take to become healthier and I can't change my food routines. Any suggestions?Do you eat the same foods every day?I think it is easier when you are early in your recovery to stick to a few foods or meals that you are comfortable with. I don't think there is anything wrong with that.
As you get more comfortable with food in general, you could try switching things up a little bit. You don't have to vary everything straight away. Maybe you could try a different snack one day and see how it goes. You may feel anxious about it at first, but try and talk yourself through it.
Have you been seeing a nutritionist? If you have, maybe he/she could give you some ideas of foods that would be nutritionally equivalent to what you are eating now.
It sounds like you are really working hard in your recovery. Don't beat yourself up for not being %26quot;perfectly recovered%26quot; yet as there is no such thing. It is a process. I am sure that you have done many things in recovery already that you didn't think you could do. Adding variety to your diet is just another step.

I am a guy and have a size 31 waist and almost have a flat stomach. I would like to know if I do push ups, will my stomach area become flatter. I am fluctuating from 174 to 176 lbs. every time I weigh myself. From personal experience, I weigh myself once a week. I am okay (not content) with it as long as the scale doesn't go above the highest weight. Just a little secret, I have been at this plateau for the past 2 months. I am fluctuating from 174 to 176 lbs. every time I weigh myself. From personal experience, I weigh myself once a week. I am okay (not content) with it as long as the scale doesn't go above the highest weight. Just a little secret, I have been at this plateau for the past 2 months. My weight goal is reach 140ish by the end of this year (2008) and that is without taking any diet aids. Wish me luck.

I don't change my filter too often. It builds up a nice colony of helpful bacterias that help to remove ammonia and other harmful waste from the fish water. If your filter has a sponge AND a cartridge with carbon inside (seperate parts), you can take out the sponge and rinse/squeeze/squish it around in the DIRTY water you take out of the tank to remove debris every few weeks. Don't do it in clean water because the chlorine will kill those nice helpful bacterias.
Some really experienced fish people have told me they don't even use carbon at all in their tanks. I probably don't replace the carbon except for twice a year, but I rinse out my sponge whenever it needs it. One of my filters also has some ceramic(?) medium that you don't replace as well. Is it okay to wear a sports bra every day?
I'm 15 and for some reason I have an aversion towards big breasts. I think they are gross and I can't stand wearing regular bras because they make my boobs look too big for my taste (although I'm only a 34A). I eat two eggs every morning for breakfast. I do them differently, sometimes with hot giardiniera, sometimes an omlette with veggies, sometimes hard boiled. Is it bad to eat the same thing every day like that? I am trying to lose weight, so I dont want anythign high carb, id like to focus on protein and fruit/veggies. A fried told me that my body becomes complacent with digesting the same thing all the time, and I need to change it up to jumpstart my metabolism. Easter day, the celebration of Christ's resurrection, has always had a particular connection with Passover.
The Council of Nicaea
Some Christians in the early church celebrated Easter day on same date as Jewish Passover - whatever day of the week that fell. These were called Quartodecimans (from the Latin: quarta decima, meaning %26quot;fourteen%26quot; - a reference to the day in the Jewish month). Other Christians in the early church always celebrated Easter day on the Sunday following Jewish Passover. Jacob Grimm took up the question of Eostre in his 1835 work Deutsche Mythologie. Grimm notes that Ostara-manoth is etymologically related to Eostur-monath, and in writing of various landmarks and customs that he believed to be related to a putative goddess he named Ostara in Germany.
Romance languages
In all Romance languages the name of the Easter festival is derived from the Greek name, Pascha which is itself derived from Pesach, the Hebrew festival of Passover.
Slavic languages
In most Slavic languages, the name for Easter either means %26quot;Great Day%26quot; or %26quot;Great Night%26quot;. For example, Wielkanoc and Velikonoce mean %26quot;Great Night%26quot; or %26quot;Great Nights%26quot; in Polish and Czech, respectively. Великдень (Velykden), Великден (Velikden) and Вял?кдзень (Vyalikdzyen') mean %26quot;The Great Day%26quot; in Ukrainian, Bulgarian and Belarusian, respectively.
In Croatian, however, the day's name reflects a particular theological connection: it is called Uskrs, meaning %26quot;Resurrection%26quot;. Celtic languages
In all modern Celtic languages the term for Easter is derived from Latin. In Brythonic languages this has yielded Welsh Pasg, Cornish and Breton Pask. In Goidelic languages the word was borrowed before these languages had re-developed the /p/ sound and as a result the initial /p/ was replaced with /k/. This yielded Irish Cáisc, Gaelic Càisg and Manx Caisht. These terms are normally used with the definite article in Goidelic languages, causing lenition in all cases: An Cháisc, A' Chàisg and Y Chaisht.
Easter in the early Church
The observance of any non-Jewish special holiday throughout the Christian year is believed by some to be an innovation postdating the Early Church. The ecclesiastical historian Socrates Scholasticus (b. 380) attributes the observance of Easter by the church to the perpetuation of local custom, %26quot;just as many other customs have been established,%26quot; stating that neither Jesus nor his Apostles enjoined the keeping of this or any other festival. However, when read in context, this is not a rejection or denigration of the celebration—which, given its currency in Scholasticus' time would be surprising—but is merely part of a defense of the diverse methods for computing its date. Indeed, although he describes the details of the Easter celebration as deriving from local custom, he insists the feast itself is universally observed.[8]
Perhaps the earliest extant primary source referencing Easter is a 2nd century Paschal homily by Melito of Sardis, which characterizes the celebration as a well-established one.[9]
Easter controversy

Very early in the life of the Church, it was accepted that the Eucharist was a practice of the disciples and an undisputed tradition. A dispute arose concerned the date on which Pascha (Easter) should be celebrated. This dispute came to be known as the Easter/Paschal or Quartodecimanism controversy.
The term Quartodeciman (derived from the Vulgate Latin, quarta decima,[10] meaning fourteen) refers to the very early Christian practice of celebrating Easter on 14 Nisan of the Hebrew Calendar.[11] [12] Nisan 14 is the day of preparation for the Jewish celebration of Passover. Much later, during the Middle Ages, Nisan 14 was called the Paschal Full Moon.
The predominant practice in Anatolia or Asia Minor (including Antioch) was to celebrate Easter on 14 Nisan, while the practice elsewhere (Rome, Alexandria, Jerusalem) was to celebrate Easter on the following Sunday. Bishop Polycarp of Smyrna, by tradition a disciple of John the Evangelist, according to the church historian Eusebius, disputed the computation of the date with Bishop Anicetus of Rome, specifically as to when the pre-Pascha fast should end. The practice in Asia Minor at the time was that the fast ended on 14 Nisan. The Roman/Alexandrian practice was to continue the fast until the Sunday following. An objection to 14 Nisan was that it could fall on any day of the week and the Roman and Alexandrian Churches wished to associate Pascha with Sunday (regardless of the day of the calendar) and sever the link to Jewish practices. According to a rather confused account by Sozomen, both sides could claim Apostolic authority for their traditions.
Shortly after Anicetus became bishop of Rome about 155, Polycarp visited Rome and among the topics discussed was this divergence of custom. Neither Polycarp nor Anicetus was able to persuade the other to his position, but neither did they consider the matter of sufficient importance to justify a schism, so they parted in peace leaving the question unsettled.[13]
Polycarp, a disciple of John, likewise adhered to a 14 Nisan observance. Irenaeus, who observed the %26quot;first Sunday%26quot; rule notes of Polycarp (one of the bishops of Asia Minor), %26quot;For Anicetus could not persuade Polycarp to forgo the observance [of his Nisan 14 practice] inasmuch as these things had been always observed by John the disciple of the Lord, and by other apostles with whom he had been conversant.%26quot; (c. AD 180; 1.569 %26quot;Ante-Nicene Church Fathers%26quot;). Celtic languages
In all modern Celtic languages the term for Easter is derived from Latin. In Brythonic languages this has yielded Welsh Pasg, Cornish and Breton Pask. In Goidelic languages the word was borrowed before these languages had re-developed the /p/ sound and as a result the initial /p/ was replaced with /k/. This yielded Irish Cáisc, Gaelic Càisg and Manx Caisht. These terms are normally used with the definite article in Goidelic languages, causing lenition in all cases: An Cháisc, A' Chàisg and Y Chaisht.
Easter in the early Church
The observance of any non-Jewish special holiday throughout the Christian year is believed by some to be an innovation postdating the Early Church. The ecclesiastical historian Socrates Scholasticus (b. 380) attributes the observance of Easter by the church to the perpetuation of local custom, %26quot;just as many other customs have been established,%26quot; stating that neither Jesus nor his Apostles enjoined the keeping of this or any other festival. However, when read in context, this is not a rejection or denigration of the celebration—which, given its currency in Scholasticus' time would be surprising—but is merely part of a defense of the diverse methods for computing its date. Very early in the life of the Church, it was accepted that the Eucharist was a practice of the disciples and an undisputed tradition. A dispute arose concerned the date on which Pascha (Easter) should be celebrated. This dispute came to be known as the Easter/Paschal or Quartodecimanism controversy.
The term Quartodeciman (derived from the Vulgate Latin, quarta decima,[10] meaning fourteen) refers to the very early Christian practice of celebrating Easter on 14 Nisan of the Hebrew Calendar.[11] [12] Nisan 14 is the day of preparation for the Jewish celebration of Passover. Much later, during the Middle Ages, Nisan 14 was called the Paschal Full Moon.
The predominant practice in Anatolia or Asia Minor (including Antioch) was to celebrate Easter on 14 Nisan, while the practice elsewhere (Rome, Alexandria, Jerusalem) was to celebrate Easter on the following Sunday. Bishop Polycarp of Smyrna, by tradition a disciple of John the Evangelist, according to the church historian Eusebius, disputed the computation of the date with Bishop Anicetus of Rome, specifically as to when the pre-Pascha fast should end. The practice in Asia Minor at the time was that the fast ended on 14 Nisan. The Roman/Alexandrian practice was to continue the fast until the Sunday following. An objection to 14 Nisan was that it could fall on any day of the week and the Roman and Alexandrian Churches wished to associate Pascha with Sunday (regardless of the day of the calendar) and sever the link to Jewish practices. According to a rather confused account by Sozomen, both sides could claim Apostolic authority for their traditions.
Shortly after Anicetus became bishop of Rome about 155, Polycarp visited Rome and among the topics discussed was this divergence of custom. Neither Polycarp nor Anicetus was able to persuade the other to his position, but neither did they consider the matter of sufficient importance to justify a schism, so they parted in peace leaving the question unsettled.[13]

I want to start going for a run for 20-40 minutes each day, and I was wondering how it would change me.
Mentally, Physically. and even my eating patterns.

So don't expect it to come quick and easy! Don't run till you are about to faint though, some people have a tendancy to do that because they think it'll make more of a difference. Like running an extra quarter of a mile is going to make more of a difference than doing the same thing tomorrow. And don't even think about making excuses. Thats what I do sometimes.
For example I'll say %26quot;Well I exercised more than usual yesterday so I don't need to today!%26quot; but YES I do. Make sure you breathe in through your nose out through your mouth.. that helps me!
Whether you change or not depends on your eating habits. Obviously if you're trying to lose weight and you run then get home, and eat back on what you just lost it won't do any good. Don't starve yourself though. Eating healthy can also be expensive so you might need to just cut it down to smaller portions. Don't eat lots of sweets and stuff like twinkies. Those can actually be the things that make you gain the most weight! That is all I can think of that I do...If you were to start running/jogging every day, would you ever see a change in your body?Yea, You will lose weight and get lean legs. Physically, you can achieve goals more often. Eating patterns will change you will want to eat more carbs and more food. When you run. breathe in your nose and out your mouth. 4) Drink at least 3 ltr of water daily. Make ur habit to drink water as much as u can
6) use brown bread

U can eat vegetable soap too as much as u can but no corn flour in it. Just cooked
9) if u feel hungry then divide ur diet into 5-6 healthy meals a day (1 plate size only)

the best indoor exercise machine is tread mill. run on tread mill for at least 30 mntns daily. and try to extend ur period for one hour.

There is NOTHING wrong with carbohydrates, you need them. Go for lean protein like chicken, egg whites, turkey, fish, lots of veggies with no butter and whole-grain bread if you have to have bread. Plan your meals in terms of pairing lean protein with veggies. NO SUGAR! 1) Cook your food without any food oil try to use boiled/steamed vegetables, meat, and lot of salad. U can eat fruits too and boiled/steamed chicken or red meat too but no pork.
2) Potato is strictly forbidden during this diet
3) Don檛 eat any type of junk food.
4) Drink at least 3 ltr of water daily. Make ur habit to drink water as much as u can
6) use brown bread
6) use skimmed and low fat milk and yogurt
7) no sugar of any type.
8) drink diet pepsi if u like. but just one glass once a day.
U can eat vegetable soap too as much as u can but no corn flour in it. Just cooked
9) if u feel hungry then divide ur diet into 5-6 healthy meals a day (1 plate size only)
at least take this diet for 3 to 6 months and when u fell that u have achieved your desired weight then make ur eating life style as told above but occasionally u can take other junk food too.
the best indoor exercise machine is tread mill. run on tread mill for at least 30 mntns daily. and try to extend ur period for one hour.

if i have to take my medicine at the same time every day how can i change the time i take it?for instance,im supposed to take my medicine(amoxlin substituted for agumentin) every 12 hours and yesterday(first time i took it) i took it at 8.i woke up today at 12 and i took it then but i cant stay awake till 12 tonight.can i just take it now (10:30) and take it again at like 12 or 1 tomorrow?If i have to take my medicine at the same time every day?I would think so but most people are awake 16 hours a day.
