Is there a diet where u see a slight difference of weight every day?

i need a diet which will make me lose weight every day. even is it's 200 crams or something like that. unless i see a slight change every single day i wont manage to stick 2 it and i will relapse back to binging and purging. i have an appointment to see a psychologist in a few weeks so don't say things like get help.
