Could we leave our indoor-outdoor cat alone for 5 weeks with someone feeding him every day?

we have a cat of 21/2 years at home. He is an out door indoor cat which means that sometimes he will stay outside and roam aroud the neighborhood for the day and come back at night or vice versa. Will it be safe for him if we leave him indoors for 5 weeks alone ( hes never stayed indoors for more than a day without havig to go outside) with someone coming every day to feed him and change his litter box??Could we leave our indoor-outdoor cat alone for 5 weeks with someone feeding him every day?If you leave him inside for any extended amount of time, you are running the risk of his not coming back when you do let him outside. That's what happened to Stoney when we left him inside for just the weekend. He is now living with someone a few blocks away and appears to be happy. That was over two years ago and knowing what I know now, I would have left him outside.

Just supply lots of water and food along with some sort of shelter and he'll be fine. Make sure he's micro chipped.

He might be pretty pissed off at you for having to be cooped up for five weeks when he is used to roaming around but health wise he would be ok.Could we leave our indoor-outdoor cat alone for 5 weeks with someone feeding him every day?It might be alright as long as someone comes every day and 2 a day to feed him and give fresh water and play with him and pet him and be there for a little bit and then leave. and ofc clean the littler box.Could we leave our indoor-outdoor cat alone for 5 weeks with someone feeding him every day?Yes! Because my Owners did that to me! Except that the longest it was was a week! I don't really like the person who gave me the food, thogh. and i think it would be better to do with an indoor cat cuz thats wat am.
