What changes will i start to notice in myself if i go running about a mile every day??

and i eat all healthy food and drink nothing but water?

and how long before i start to notice the effects??

You may also find that you want to eat more as you are burning calories. I have managed to cut my time by 14% so alough i am not going any further i am able to do it quicker and at a more intense pace.

First you will have to fight through your body growng stronger but it will be worth it. Also increase your mileage after a week even if you run 1 mile, 1.5 mile, 1 mile, 1.5 mil etc..
