When will I see results walking on the treadmill at the slowest rate for at least 30 minutes every day?

I am not on a strict diet and don't plan to I have figured out the only way for me to lose weight is to just exercise more without changing my diet.When will I see results walking on the treadmill at the slowest rate for at least 30 minutes every day?if you have previously not been doing this, you will till your body accustoms itself to that, then you have to change it around- lift some weights, run some fast and slows.
