Is it ok to change my piercings every day??

I have both ears, at an 8 gauge, my labret and an industrial, I'm most concerned with the industrial.Is it ok to change my piercings every day??well just make sure that the piercings aren't fresh and that u disinfect (sp) the earrings before you put them in hope this helps!Is it ok to change my piercings every day??whatever floats your boat..Is it ok to change my piercings every day??best not if recent but if you feel the need to i advice cleaning every time both piercing and jewellery ..my auntie is pro piercer and knows her stuff... take care
