Is it weird to go to the gym every day at nearly the same time?

I see many gym regulars there almost every day, and I'm thinking that they think I'm a weirdo. Should I cut back on going to the gym, and should I change the time of going there each day?

I'm very self-conscious.Is it weird to go to the gym every day at nearly the same time? You should only be going to the gym 3-4 times a week, otherwise you are overtraining and not giving your body enough time to recover (unless of course you aren't working out hard enough, then you will probably be able to go every day without experiencing overtraining). Either way, your not going to gain muscle anywhere near as fast as taking days off to let your muscles grow and adapt. Take my advice and you will notice a difference in strength and size. If you are there just to run, well shoot, who cares. Run everyday but you should still have at least a couple rest days.Is it weird to go to the gym every day at nearly the same time?no why it's a gym for a reasonIs it weird to go to the gym every day at nearly the same time?no, i wouldn't worry about it. this routine of going to the gym at the same time every day is probably what keeps you going! i would love to get into a routine where i'm able to go at the same time every day.Is it weird to go to the gym every day at nearly the same time? Most serious fitness buffs go to the gym at a regular timeIs it weird to go to the gym every day at nearly the same time?no keep it up and work hardIs it weird to go to the gym every day at nearly the same time? It's not wierd at all. Why do you think you see them almost every day? It's because they go every day at nearly the same time too. It's good for your body to get in a routine like this anyway. Keep it up! There really is absolutley NOTHING to be self-conscious about. Is it weird to go to the gym every day at nearly the same time?no its ok. u should relax or try to get acquainted with one or two of them. if you go alone, it probably wont be as fun. good luck.
