If i have to take my medicine at the same time every day?

if i have to take my medicine at the same time every day how can i change the time i take it?for instance,im supposed to take my medicine(amoxlin substituted for agumentin) every 12 hours and yesterday(first time i took it) i took it at 8.i woke up today at 12 and i took it then but i cant stay awake till 12 tonight.can i just take it now (10:30) and take it again at like 12 or 1 tomorrow?If i have to take my medicine at the same time every day?I would think so but most people are awake 16 hours a day. Surely you can find the time to take your meds 12 hours apart.
