at first it went down quit a bit to about 24.22 ish think... and ive... ive been very consistant with it, but my BMI every day is a different number whether it being anywhere from 24.20 all the way to 24.92 to the next day...
im confused on that...
is BMI more imporantant than how much you weigh??Why does my BMI change every dingle day?BMI is more important than just your weight because it is compared to your eight too, so is more accurate on how healthy your weight is for you. weight fluctuates in everyone, depending on, if you are a girl, menstrual cycle, or the time of day etc, it is more accurate to look at your weight/BMI every week or two, to see the difference. hope i helped!
