Is it normal to not lose weight after exercising every day?

I am 13 and i can't seem to lose weight even though I swim and play basketball every day. I need to lose 10 pounds to get to a normal BMI. how can I lose it?Is it normal to not lose weight after exercising every day?I was like that for a while. I used to NEVER exercise and then suddenly I started taking cardio with my friend. I didn't lose any weight because it was all changed to muscle. I find that you shouldn't watch your weight to carefully because at your age there are many factors that could change your weight.
