It isn't beneficial in the least bit. Your hair can't tell the difference between one shampoo and another. It's all the same to your hair. Stick to one shampoo and of it doesn't work well or you don't like it, then you can mix it up and buy a different brand after you finish that one. PLEASE READ: All the other people up there are saying that your hair has gotten used to one shampoo and if you change it will dry out or fall out. That is not true!! Your hair doesn't know Pantene from Suave, it makes no difference to it because your hair is just dead, unused proteins. You can change as often as you want, it won't do anything, it'll just empty your wallet a lot quicker.
